Plan big for the paris auto show
Ford is going to release a wide range of cars at the Paris Auto Show, no less than ten new models. It will be revealing all of its new line of Focus models, and perhaps the most interesting of these is the Ford Focus ST. This is a four-cylinder car with turbo charging and direct fuel injection. Four of the cars that Ford is going to unveil will be from the Focus range, but it will also reveal other vehicles. It will unveil wagon and hatchback variants of the C-Max, Mondeo and Grand C-max. It is said that the Ford ST will first become available to the American market during 2012, and each of the different cars coming from Ford will have different release dates in different countries. Even within America Ford will release cars at different times in different regions.
American based Fisker is gearing up to release their new line of products, hoping to wow those looking to buy cars for cash next year. Fisker is going to launch the Karma Sedan, a beautiful concept car that was first seen at the Detroit Auto Show in 2008, and has been converted into a production car in just two years. The car is going to come in at a cool $90,000, but once they started taking advanced booking for it in 2009 they’ve received over 1,300 orders. The company is projecting that they will sell around 10,000 Karma Sedans during its first year of production.
The company is also going to showcase a different project car, an interesting product codenamed Nina. This was a government funded project, and it is expected to be first seen at the Paris Auto Show. Nina s a green technology product meaning it does not rely on fossil fuels.
The Paris Car Show is a spectacular event which this year will start on 2nd October. Car enthusiasts will revel over the new options to spend their money on and choose which car donation parts are the best option. Ford and Fisker will be just two of the companies looking to gain favor, and are looking to make headlines in different ways – Ford with its large range of new cars, Fisker with its concepts and head-turners.
